Halloween is coming up at lightning speed this year, and it’s time to find out who will be best dressed!
With all of the popular culture this year, it’s no surprise that we have an array of new costumes. Whether you are going out to a party or just sneaking candy inside and watching a scary movie, getting dressed up is the most important part of Halloween. So without further ado, here are the best costumes for 2021!
The Black Widow movie came out this year, and she really kicked ass and took names. You can do the same! All you need for this costume is a black spandex suit or black jeans, a black top, and a leather jacket. If you want to get even more into it, feel free to add a red wig! This costume is super simple and fun, and you can do a couple of kicks and punches if you really want to sell it!
The new Disney+ movie starring Emma Stone was a real hit this year, and you will be too with this fun costume! All you need is a black and white wig, a black dress, and some red gloves. She may be evil, but she has a great sense of fashion! Top it all off with red lipstick and a stuffed dalmatian, and you are ready to hit the town!
Speaking of evil and kick-ass superheroes (or villains), Harley Quinn has made a comeback! With the second Suicide Squad movie, we are here to rejoice in the return of red and blue pigtails, a red dress, and some temporary diamond tattoos. She may be a little bit flighty, but she knows how to fight with the best of them!
With the Olympics this year, everybody wanted to win a gold medal, so here is your chance! All you need for this costume is a tracksuit and some fake medals, or if you really want to get into it, pick your favorite Olympian and copy their look! The best part of this costume is that you can match with a group or your best friend and even be comfortable while doing it. Gold medals for everyone!
With the Powerpuff Girls reboot in the works, it’s easy to get excited about childhood coming back to life! Well, have no fear; you can be cute and fight the bad guys all in a day’s work. So grab your two best friends and a green, blue, and pink dress, and get ready to take on the town!
Though Halloween might be a little different this year with the continuing threat of COVID, it does not mean you have to give up your traditions. In fact, we need creativity and fun wherever we can get it. So pick a costume, and get to work! Halloween will be here before you know it, and with these popular culturetastic costumes, you will be the star of the show!
