With the holidays coming up, a whole lot of sugar is coming our way. Halloween is right around the corner and will be filled with absorbent amounts of candy literally being handed to us. However, there are ways to eat sweet treats without feeling all the negative effects!

M&M’s Peanut Fun Size

This may seem like a way to cheat the system, but there are more benefits to eating M&M’s Peanut than you might think. The peanuts in the M&M’s give you about 2g of protein, which is 1g more than normal M&M Fun Size packets. It’s also only 90 calories, so you can enjoy your favorite candy without all the guilt!

Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Want your Reese’s, but don’t want all the sugar? Try Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups instead! Though you are not completely out of the woods with these, they are a little bit better for you than the name-brand candy. They have ten fewer calories and 5g less sugar than Reese’s, so you can feel better about eating these. And let’s face it, we all love dark chocolate!
