COVID-19 has shaken up our lives in many ways, but that doesn’t mean it needs to ruin our fitness routine! We may not be able to go to gyms or workout classes in-person quite yet, but we can stream fun workouts from home whenever we want thanks to Youtube, Instagram and online subscriptions.

Here are 3 workouts that will keep you coming back for more!

1. MadFit

It’s no coincidence that Maddie Lymburner’s last name has the word “burner” in it. Her youtube channel MadFit, which has over 4.5 million subscribers, hosts over 300 fun workouts. The workouts are in real time, so you can follow along with her while she does each move with you. We recommend starting with one of her many dance workouts that are choreographed to music- they’re effective and really get your endorphins flowing!

2. Melissa Wood Health (MWH)

Melissa Wood Health is all the rage right now. Her positive energy and grounding spirit guides her pilates-based yoga flows. All of her workouts range from 10-40 minutes long and will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on whatever your day may throw at you. They are low impact and most of them require no equipment- simply your own body weight! Whether you’re a beginner when it comes to yoga and pilates or an expert, her flows are all-inclusive.

3. Sami Clarke

Sami Clarke has been going live on Instagram almost every single day of quarantine providing amazing workouts for her followers. Her workouts are no joke and require little to no equipment. Sami’s uplifting spirit will help you crush your goals and really tune into how you are feeling. She also shares her tips and tricks when it comes to nutrition and body confidence!
